Do I need to know what the solution is?
No. Describe what happens today — where the time goes, what's awkward, what's missing. Working out whether the answer is an automation, a small tool, a full product, or nothing worth building is my job, not yours.
What happens after I submit?
I read it carefully and usually come back by email with a few questions to make sure I understand it. If there's a sensible way forward, I build something and try to get it in your hands early. If there isn't, I'll tell you.
What does it cost?
Two cases. If your problem points to something I can build as a product for other people too, I don't charge you — bringing me the problem is your part. If it's specific to you and doesn't work as a product, I build it as a one-off and charge for that, always less than what it saves you. Either way, we agree on it before I start.
What kinds of problems can I share?
Repetitive work, awkward multi-step workflows, things you track across spreadsheets and chat because no tool quite fits, and software that almost works but not really. Work or personal problems are both welcome.
How long does it take?
It depends on the problem. Trendline — a real product built this way — went from the first conversation to live in under two weeks.
How is my information handled?
What you send is only used to understand the problem. Nothing is shared publicly without your permission. Please remove confidential or personal details from any files before sending them.
Is this only for Vietnam?
No. The site is in English and Vietnamese, and problems are welcome from anywhere.
